Slow running drainage from bathroom basin, no instructions 're TV use - it was stuck on one access provider so no news, seemed all "entertainment". Yard ( not garden) dusty, leaf debris plus plus which walks into otherwise very convenient home. Very poor liaison between Booking.com and me - several no reply emails but had to ring agent for hosts to ask for entry details which he sent so I CD print off. However he could not tell hosts directly our arrival time confirmation. Finally rang so-called experts to chat but my Halifax card thankfully informed me I we be paying £24 for the priviledge! I declined to authorise payment. Poor Booking.com experience unlike all my previous interactions.
