Great apartment in a great location, right in the heart of Beverley but in a peaceful area. The owner was fantastic and really helpful throughout. The apartment had everything we needed and free parking as well was a nice bonus.

Great location for visiting Beverley, and excellent communication with hosts sorting out a couple of questions regarding door code and WiFi.
Nice added touches with quality bathroom products, tea, coffee and some biscuits which was much appreciated.
It is quaint which I expected, so you do need to be careful moving about not to bump into things

Location. Kitchen facilities. Balcony. Parking space. TV channels, once we got it working!!!
The TV not working when we got there. But host came out at 10pm to fix. Just in time for England match!!
Communal stairwell a bit dirty. Could do with a hoover and dust.

Location into centre of beverley. And included parking.
The toilet brush was absolutely disgusting.
Can't even clean you teeth in a easy manner in a cramped bathroom.
Cups in kitchen cupboard not clean. Even though mentioned in property instructions to make sure you clean whatever you have used before leaving. Practice what you preach.
Bowl in kitchen sink. Dirty on the outside.
Obviously whoever is cleaning between people staying not doing a satisfactory job.
No bedside lamps. But you do get disco lights over the bed head.(Weird)
Bed covers way too heavy for the time of year.
