Great little gem in the heart of Beverly

Location in the centre of Beverly is perfect, just minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants. The ground floor apartment has a small garden area off the bedroom, great during warmer months. Jenny has provided a beautiful place to stay, wonderfully decorated and laid out. My favourite place to stay in the area.

Perfect home from home.

A real home from home, just the perfect place to stay as a solo traveller. Safe, quiet, beautifully decorated and very clean. The apartment has everything you need and more. Jenny is very helpful too.

Underwhelming for the price

We loved the location and the style of the property. Lots of amenities etc in there too

The check in and out times were different to the ones on booking.com meaning we had to change our plans to fit in. I tried to book parking but got a message to say I had to book it before booking so didn't pursue it and we could have parked there. Which is the point of booking this particular one. The list of things to do on departure. For the amount you pay, you do the work for them.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable and very low. Access to apartment via very windy narrow staircase. Lack of a welcome pack normally found in self catering.

The location was great, the apartment was comfortable, well equipped and easy access.

Not that much really, the stairs are a little narrow, but ok for us.

Stairs to access flat are quite steep and narrow - hold on tight and just take one bag up at a time, you'll be fine.

The apartment was in a fab location , close to the centre. It had everything you needed for your stay and felt very homely .

Absolutely fantastic location.

Location was superb. It was great to have a coffee machine and milk frother.The fire in the room was very useful.

The rooms are very cluttered, especially in the lounge area so there is not much room to have your own things out. The duvet was too heavy and the bed overcushioned. Jenny should ask for our car registration numbers beforehand

Perfect base to explore a gorgeous town!

Message received before arrival, clear instructions. The apartment had everything we needed, a few things in the cupboard and milk. Was able to get a morning drink. Parking Is difficult in Beverley this had free parking which we were able to use (with permission) a little earlier. It was nice and warm.

Bed very soft but this is personal choice.

The bathroom is very small and sink too small for my husband his hands Nice touch either way fairy light but they didn’t work as needed batteries same goes for the clock The partition between the outside area of the apartment and studio is green and needs a clean as it makes the space un-inviting

Lovely apartment, great location, clean, comfy, could have stayed there longer everything provided for a great stay.

Lots of steps to our room on the top floor, was fine for us but for older people they may struggle.

Perfect location in the heart of the town

the location is perfect, you are minutes from the market square in Beverley and all the shops. its a short walk to the long stay car park, which I recommend as others in the town are short stay. the apartment has been very well planned out and has everything you need for your stay. loved that we could leave the windows open during a very hot evening, and didn't have to worry about anyone getting in.

nothing, my only advice would be its not ideal for those who may have trouble with stairs.

Booked for my parents to stay and they said it was one of the best places they've ever stayed in! Was truly beautiful, great value, hosts are amazing and so quick to respond. Beautiful home with the absolute best location right in the centre of town. Couldn't have been better!

Location great, clean and easy to find, park access. So glad we were accepted for one night and we greatly appreciated it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Beverley and had great weather for visiting the coast and sites.

The location was excellent for visiting Beverley. Jenny the host was thorough and helpful in her job. The flat was neat and functional.

Cleanliness wasn't up to standard and carpet leading into bathroom is frayed. I left a note pointing out outdated food in the larder. Lacking in appliances, washing machine was broken. Poor utensils, utensil storage had lots of crumbs in it. There was no fish slice for frying.

Great location, parking included, quiet spot and good facilities.

The apartment was a little tired and not as clean as I would expect. There were mounds of what I could only conclude was spare bedding in the wardrobe and drawers.
