The location of this cottage was excellent, right in the heart of Beverley. There are great facilities in the property, everything you need to enjoy your stay. There was even tea, shortbread and milk left, which was a nice touch.
It's spacious and unique lay out make it a good place to use to explore the area.
Nothing really. Overall, really good. Parking is limited but you can use the virtual permit around the whole area, and I didn't have any problems.

Location was excellent, couldn't be nearer the town centre. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits supplied
The main bed was too hard so neither of us slept well, bathroom was Very cosy! Not suitable for anyone 6ft tall (I'm 6.3). The heating didn't seem to heat the bedrooms very well. No information folder provided. No logs for the log fire.

This gorgeous little self catering cottage is on one of the old streets in Beverly centre, cobbled and flagged..so authentic and quiet. Parking was easy if you arrive before 12 on race day..after that it was pretty much jammed.
Location..you couldn’t get much nearer to the town centre.
Each room is quite small with ceilings /sloping roofs /eaves of varying heights, but this just adds character and charm!
It was exceptionally clean..whoever cleans it deserves some praise.
There wasn’t anything I can think of that wasn’t provided.
Just my personal preference..the pillows were too full and hard for me and the mattress was memory foam(?) which left me feeling a bit sweaty. I feel a bit mean writing that because it didn’t detract from my enjoyment of the cottage!

The property was lovely, a warren of rooms on different levels, very comfortable and cosy.
The location was ideal for walking into the town, convenient for shops, places to eat and interesting and attractive places to see.
Nothing that can be improved, but local parking (although free) can be a challenge. Although the road does lead to the property, it becomes narrow and is only suitable for a brief luggage drop-off. Finding a spare parking space in the surrounding roads can be quite stressful.

Breakfast wasn’t included as it is a self catering property however it is literally 20 mts from the fantastic Beverley Arms Hotel in the town centre, could not be anymore convenient
Car parking at the property is a little tight however on street parking is excellent and not expensive.

Great location spotlessly clean perfect for our stay all communication with the owner was prompt helpful milk tea coffee all provided was a lovely touch
It was a little noisy late at night but it was the weekend and very hot weather wise so lots of people out and about being so close to the town was a real bonus so all okay really

Great location and very clean
As a taller guy I had to be very careful not to bump my head

Proper quirky little place, location perfect a few steps to town and about 15 mins to the common for a picnic and to the racecourse. Had everything we needed
The only negative I could give is that if you are tall that the shower and some ceiling heights may cause an issue, but this wasn't an issue for us and is because of the age and quirkiness of the biking - personally I loved the place ❤️

This property was spotless! Having worked in hotels for many years you often see where cleanliness has been missed - however this was not the case.
Very easy to access via the key lock box.
Fantastic location right in the centre of town but also very private.
For parking we were unable to find a spot to park and so had to use pay and display - no bother though and certainly no reflection of the property - just a busy area.
The little welcome basket was a lovely touch.
I banged my head a few times in the bathroom but i'm 6 foot 2... it happens alot!

A brand new refurbishment on an old property, made very sympathetically and to a good standard
VERY central
Easy to check in
I think the owners must be new to this as there were some fundimental flaws, to such an extent, I paid for 2 nights but only stayed one
The refurbishment has been made very well and it is 'quirky' BUT
- Parking impossible as Beverley town centre is all resident bays and all full. I parked outside the Beverley arms hotel on a meter
- There was no info sheet on arrival. Just with basics like how to log onto wifi, how to use the TV, heating etc
- TV did not play regular live tV channels, although had all the streaming services. I did contact the host but they said " read the manual" which was the one that came with the equipment, and would have taken me ages. If you can't turn the TV on with three clicks on a remote, then it needs to be improved.
- There are LOTS of stairs / steps. Anyone who cant handle these should not book. Narrow as well. moving a suitcase up was a problem.
- Bed was OK with nice linen, but not a great matress. I think very quickly the springs will go.
- Bathroom was my biggest issue. I am 6 foot 1 and simply felt the very small bathroom was badly put together. The loo in a 90 degree angle, meant I had to bend over to use it. The sink is so m=small, you have to literally press your face against the mirror to brush your teeth. Shower was fine but little room to move around due to sloping ceiling
I know this looks bad, and the owners have taken a great deal of care to make this comfortable, but I felt I had to move to the local hotel for the second night
