Very convenient cottage in an interesting town, ample nearby free parking. The kitchen is well-appointed, and with a comfortable lounge and dining room. It’s around 8 minutes to walk into the nearby shopping centre, and a further 10 minutes to reach the main Saturday Market area with lots of shops and restaurants.
The mattresses are rather tired. The lack of a shower is understandable and the shower attachment will do for washing your hair. Not a problem over a short stay. The loo cistern takes an age to fill so maybe it needs a service or updating/adjusting.

It was very spacious, great living room/dining area. Bedrooms were also perfect
The attached shower hose to the bath tub was a challenge as it was restrictive. It was also hard to keep the bathroom dry as there was no shower curtain

Location was excellent, really conveinient for walking into the centre but just far enough out to be quiet enough for sleeping. A real bonus given the weather at the end of our week was the lovely garden. The cottage it lovely and full of character (including some first class cross stitch by our hosts mother). David is a great host, plenty of information in advanceand a lovely welcome pack
The bathroom was great for us(I really loved the big cast iron bath) but if you are someone that can't live without a walkin shower this may not be the one for you.

Location. Space available. The garden is convenient and secure for our dogs. Some grass (even artificial) would be good
The bathroom was poor. A proper shower is needed. The toilet is noisy and takes ages to fill.
No dishwasher.
Kitchen very dated
