The location is excellent for day trips around Alicante. Air conditioning worked and was very useful in the hot weather Kitchen was well equipped for cooking Internet, TV with youtube worked well Staff provided quick response on Whatsapp, friendly and helpful Working lift to go up the floors

The sofa bed was a little bit uncomfortable for two people Although instructions to get in the apartment were shared by it was not very clear till we arrived. There is a main access key no. you need to get in through the main apartment door (this is emailed and it worked) When you get to the outside of your room, there is a manual pad lock for a manual key, at the same time you are also emailed an electronic key to open the room doo, this is what confused as. Do not enter the electronic key on the manual pedal lock. You need to ring the staff on whatsapp they will give you the code to unlock the manual padlock, remove the key from it and manually unlock the door and than activate the electronic lock (shared by email link). This only needs to be done once when checking in. After that we used the manual key to lock the room. Hope this helps anyone else.

Check in process very complicated drop down box would have been sufficient.if cleaner world not have been on site I don't think we would have gained access, pass code sent was not compatible for drop down box cleaner had a completey shorter number
