Really central location, place was very tidy and clean. Owners very responsive to any questions we had.

WiFi didn’t cover all the flat, but not a problem for us as out most of the time and was a short stay. Credit to owners as they said they would pick up and look into the issue.

Check-in was super easy, and the elevator to the apartment was very convenient. The apartment itself was great – nice and bright, and I immediately felt at home.

One point deducted because there isn't a full-length mirror anywhere in the apartment. I think that's something that should be standard in every B&B/apartment. There's plenty of space for one.

We are a senior English speaking couple in our 13th time staying on an annual two month long holiday, this time in Alicante, Spain in February and March, 2025. We paid $4000/month. PROS The Outdoor Terrace is on two levels. Visited the top level twice in one month Exclusive elevator access that opens directly to third floor penthouse suite Centrally located Soft sheets Support staff very helpful but not on premises Master bed nice along with warm comforter Large closets in Master Bedroom WALK TIMES Apartment elevator to front door: 90 seconds down Front door to apartment: 60 seconds up

CONS Difficulty installing door opening app on smartphone Stair count from: Apartment entry from elevator to apartment main floor 7 steps Main floor to terrace level 9 steps Terrace level to highest level observation deck 12 steps No place to hang clothing in main floor/second bedroom Had to use two 3 drawer cabinets Had to use shelves between hot water closet and refrigerator Only one place on the couch that is comfortable No english translation of: Washer/Dryer controls Minimal kitchen counter space No oven Penthouse is best for two people, maybe Ok for 4 people, two couples, no more Circuit breaker flipped so that the stove top and room heater did not work No lamp near bed in main floor/second bedroom Master bathroom shower water temperature is too hot with no way to cool it. Master bedroom is affected by exterior noise at night from nearby nightclubs Another couple walked off elevator into apartment at 9:30 pm due to double booking. It was a very scary experience. Other than, 'Sorry' from management, no other compensation.
