Apartment looks exactly as in the photos. Location close to city centre, the tram station and for walking the esplanade at night. Staff very helpful. We had a late check-in due to delayed flight but Marco could not have been nicer.
We stayed in apartment with roof terrace. This was more expensive but it was worth it as it was a great space for relaxing.

One of the 2 shower unit leaking all the time while showering and the water run into the small bedroom once the shower unit door opened. Some coffee mugs are dirty. Not enough toilet paper (3 of us stayed 4 nights, there was no spare roll there, we end up bought some tissue ourself and left some to the flat).

Location was perfect and staff were very easy to work with. The apartment was nice and roomy and accommodated the size of our family group well.
The bathroom on the main bedroom leaked and resulted in us not being able to use one of the bathrooms which was a bit inconvenient. It would also be good to have instruction manuals or information to use the various appliances or washing machine and microwave as this was not straight forward.
