The apartment is located in the center of Alicante just a 5 min walk to the marina and basically on the street of the mushrooms with spacious rooms and very clean

Great location and easy to access property! Lovely shared lounge
It’s not obvious from the description that it’s a studio, and that the lounge is a separate shared area. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Really great location. Very responsive host. I would admit comfortable pillows.
Areas for improvement:
- washing machine is must especially if you stay for a longer periods. It was missing. I would even replace a microwave with it if it's a question of electricity limitations.
- slightly extend number of available furniture. It's always good to have as example small plates for olives and for espresso cups, a few Champagne glasses.
- we had to buy a bucket and mop to clean up apartment time to time. It wasn't available by default.

Location, the property is in a great location
Even though the property was generally clean there was still dust along the edges. The air con wasn’t responding to the remotes, we had to switch the batteries out from the TV remotes to make them work. This should have been checked before hand. Even though there are storage lockers downstairs, we found out that one key opens all the cupboards, so not fully secure.
