Comfortable apartment, very close to everything, very clean. Host was very nice. It was a very enjoyable experience.
The lightning in the bathroom is not enough. The mattress was way too soft for our taste, after 2 nights we ended up with back pain.

We stayed for 10 nights in the Luxury Apartment at Balmis Plaza Apartments, located on the top floor of the building, and it was truly one of the most beautiful apartments I have ever stayed in.
It almost feels unfair to call it simply a “holiday rental apartment”, because the level of quality and attention to detail is truly remarkable. Everything has clearly been designed with great care and excellent taste.
The apartment is very spacious, bright and beautifully designed. Although it is technically an attic apartment, it is so well executed that you hardly notice it. The space has been used in a very intelligent way and the overall feeling inside the apartment is extremely pleasant. The building also has an elevator, which makes access to the top floor very easy.
What impressed me the most was the quality of everything inside. The furniture, kitchen appliances, bathroom fittings, stove, oven – everything is of excellent quality and very well maintained.
The kitchen is probably one of the best equipped I have ever seen in a rental apartment. There is an incredible amount of dishes, pots, pans, glasses and cutlery, plus many useful appliances (including a sandwich maker, a hand mixer, etc.). Honestly, you have absolutely everything you might need.
The apartment also includes a dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer, which are amenities that you rarely find in short-term rental apartments. In reality, it feels like a fully equipped home designed for comfortable everyday living.
Another detail we really appreciated was the thoughtful welcome: we found water and local beer in the fridge upon arrival, offered by the host. In addition, the kitchen is stocked with essentials such as salt, sugar, spices, oil, vinegar and coffee — which makes a big difference, as you don’t need to rush out and buy all the small basics.
The bedroom deserves a special mention as well. It is simple, elegant and extremely comfortable.
