So beautiful terrace is big plus for this property, with nice view. Also having AC in all rooms. I quite liked the TV with smart options, fast WiFi. Communication was OK without any problems. Another thing I liked was very clean place and flowers at the terrace, I felt comfortable:)
Main disadvantage was that even if all AC were running they were not very effective.. especially the big one in living room, the amaller one was acceptable but they should definitely got checked. One small thing I would welcome is some storage for kitchen stuff at the head level above kitchen desk.. but that is just recomendation.

the location is central and you can walk to Alicante main attractions easily.
the terrasse was large, had a great view and was shady and enjoyable.
the apartment bathroom and kitchen were modern and clean
we had no flexibility to arrive or let our luggage ahead of time, even if this was a 12 days stay.
the aircon in the small room leaked water and made a concerning noise so we stopped usubg it despite of high temperatures, specially at night. Also, we were warned by the owner to avoid using the aircon in the living room for long hours for the same reason.

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen der Stadt und trotzdem fußläufig vom Wasser entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und macht einen gehobenen Eindruck.
Es gibt keine dreckigen Ecken. Die Bilder sind echt.
Eigentlich gibt es nichts.
Es wäre toll, wenn das Geschirr vollzählig wäre.
