Really good location, a/c, good windows blinds
Quite weared facilities, everything looks old and heavily used. Our room had windows looking at the street and it could be quite noisy, especially in the early morning. Also, bathroom is extremely small.

This was our first time visiting Alicante and we loved the location. The apartment was wonderful. Yes, you hear people in the street when the windows are opened, not when closed. It was very clean. Bed was comfortable, bath fine and nice to have a small kitchen.
The phone signal was very weak in the hallway when trying to get the FLEXIPASS app to open the door. We had go outside into the street to get the phone signal to be strong enough to work for FLEXIPASS. This is our first time using FLEXIPASS and we got it to work with some effort. Also there was a new code for each day which we did not know beforehand.

Great Location in the old town and close to the marina
Getting access was really tricky. Downloading apps, clicking on links, needing to call and chase up, the front door lock stuck.......
