Reina Victoria Prado Sastre

Easy check in, great location, good facilities

No kettle. The bath needs an update the metal around it wasn’t very secure

We loved the spa bath and the bed was very comfortable. Great location & spacious. Great using phone for door key.

TV didn’t have English channels.

The location was great. So close to the sea front and lovely little eateries. Very beautiful tree-lined squares. The apartment is OK, the kitchen is space but dies have a fridge.

No kettle of mugs to make a hot drink in the morning. The metal rack fir the case in dangerous, I stepped forward fir the shelf and really hurt my leg. The shower didn't have any hit water but the sink and jacuzzi did.

Good location.

Check in was an absolute nightmare. Have to download an app that becomes a door key. Once app is downloaded you have to contact by phone for them to send you the code to enter in the app to activate the door key app. If it goes wrong there is no coverage in the hotel to contact the reception (at a remote location) for assistance. In the end I had to log in to their wi-fi, fortunately they had advised of the code. Then they sent the cleaner to let us into the room. That was so complex and unnecessary. What if one didn't have a smartphone, couldn't use it or is technologically incompetent? Main door entry code was not particularly clear and the guy who let us in shared that it is a huge problem that lots of people have problems with. Lift is too small for two people and their luggage. The jacuzzi in the room was filthy; and with ground in dirt. Didn't want to use it at risk of catching something. The suite was in fact a room and not even a decent sized one. Difficult to access the hotel; impossible with a car. No reception.
