Líbere Alicante Rambla

The hotel is in a perfect central location, with all the amazing restaurants and bars nearby - but there is little to no street noise from below when in the bedroom. The apartment felt completely new, beautifully decorated and was a great size. There are good supplies for cooking and cleaning your own stuff (hob, microwave, coffee machine, clothes washer and dishwasher). They supplied washing/dishwasher tablets and coffee pods. We also had a lovely welcome tote bag of waters and iced tea - a lovely touch. The pool area is great for relaxing and the communal terrace offers the most amazing views of the castle with plenty of seating. Prior to arrival, I realised I had accidentally booked incorrect dates via booking.com and Líbere completely sorted the issue out - meaning we could stay in the same room for our stay and they also upgraded our room for our 3 night stay. This was so kind and a real show of their amazing service. During our stay we needed more washing tablets, I messaged via the app and they were there within 5 minutes! The online check-in is completely seamless and meant there was no fuss when we arrived, we simply received the code via the app and we were right into our room. I will be strongly recommending the hotel to friends and family looking for an equally brilliant stay in Alicante. Excellent communication before check-in and throughout our stay, with very quick responses to any questions or requests. The apartment was very clean, modern, well air-conditioned and exactly as described. We also appreciated the safe, elevator, modern access system and the fact that we could not hear other guests. The central location near the Explanada and old town was excellent. Breakfast offered good value for money. The rooftop pool looked clean and had a nice view.

Some street noise was noticeable, although this is understandable given the very central location. A drying rack for clothes would also be a useful addition. Apart from these minor points, we had no complaints.

a very clean nice place, perfect if you want to stay in the city. i guess price a bit too much, but it can explain due hight season in Spain. I love the servise was nice. the team at the reception in lobby is very responsive, and helpful. i like the option leaving my suitcase in the locker. the appartment itself is super clean and nice, confy, nice new furniture, kitchen, washing machine, and everything is enough as towels, etc. the only one thing is missing was a something to put your wet cloth on after washing, like a hanger/drier. although everything is perfect. loved staying there
