Nice studio with a rooftop terrace. Although relatively small, it was very comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was perfect.

One important consideration is that access to the apartment involves a substantial number of steps. From the bus station to the property there are 79 steps, and after reaching the entrance there are an additional three floors to climb, which adds approximately 45 more steps. When I arrived at 3:00 pm, the temperature inside the apartment was close to 35°C. The air conditioning had been switched off, although the apartment had reportedly been cleaned shortly before check-in. It took several hours before the temperature became comfortable. Pre-cooling the apartment before guests arrive would improve the experience. Another aspect that could be improved is communication. The access code is provided shortly before 3:00 pm, the official check-in time at 4pm, while an email reminding guests to check out by 11:00 am was sent more than 30 hours before departure. This created the impression that the timing of arrival and departure is managed very tightly. Finally, after payment had already been processed, I received a message noting the possibility of noise due to the local festival. In practice, there were fireworks every evening directly in front of the property, lasting more than 30 minutes each night. This was more disruptive than the initial notice suggested. Overall, some important information appears to have been communicated late, and the guest experience could benefit from greater attention to detail.

Pillows and mattress really good and comfortable. Lovely view, good location.

The apartment was smaller than I thought. Bathroom tiny and the water was barely Luke warm in the shower.

It was a hard walk to get up all of the steps to reach the property, then no lift to the top floor so more steps! Didn’t do us any harm but a lot of people would not cope with it
