The location is excellent, quiet enough to fully relax, yet still close to the sea and nearby shops, making everything easily accessible. It strikes a great balance between peace and convenience, which made the stay especially enjoyable. The apartments were fully equipped, and their layout around a central courtyard created a real sense of both privacy and community.
A special mention also goes to the managing staff, especially Emil, who was incredibly supportive throughout our stay. He was always available to answer questions, recommend things to do, and share helpful local advice, which really enhanced the overall experience.

It was clean and had enough facilities to enjoy a 3 night stay. Pleasant apartment complex, nice welcoming entrance to the main facilities and the apartment was good. Staff were friendly and responsive.
Unfortunately on my last night there were around 20 teenagers running past the front of the building as if they were being chased by the police. There were blue lights and a lot of noise. The rest of the time it was fine. Being a solo traveller this was concerning and intimidating. Nothing that the owners could do as they cannot control what happens outside the apartments. Therefore, location was not ideal for this reason.

Great location for public transport bus 22 and the trams are 10 mins walk away. Mercadona and Consum (better organic range) 20 mins walk away. Beds very comfortable. Excellent heating through AC unit, very much needed in Feb as pretty chilly at nights. Modern feel and decoration. Had one away from road so no road noise. Reception staffed sometimes and pleasant.
If you cook mostly your own meals and healthily the kitchen facilities were poor/minimal. two electric rings and minimal pans. The walls are like cardboard and if you are a light sleeper and have a noisy neighbours you will struggle to sleep (which for half the time I did). I could even hear their microwave running. In the winter months there is zero sun on the balcony or the front of property so you won't get any sun at all unless you go away from the complex. For more than 2 people facilities will be very cramped. It is a tiny complex of single story apartments.
