El apartamento es muy amplio, acogedor y cómodo. La cocina tiene de todo, el menaje es muy completo y la nevera muy grande. Tiene todo lo que uno puede necesitar para pasar una semana cómodo cerca de la playa. Además, tiene una piscina comunitaria enorme y muy agradable, con un pequeño parque infantil para los días donde no te apetece ir a la playa. Hay aire acondicionado en la habitación principal y en el salón, lo cual es muy importante porque al ser un 7º piso, hace muchísimo calor.
Por poner una pega, sólo uno de los dormitorios tiene aire acondicionado, y en días muy calurosos, puede ser un problema. Aún así, hay ventiladores de pie en esas habitaciones.
