We had to exchange messages through booking with a woman who met us and, apologetically, gave us the keys and showed us the apartment. The apartment smelled good and was very clean like no one has been there. I actually cleaned the hallway and walls for scratches from suitcases. The shower is very good but it only comes out of cold water which is actually refreshing when you are sweaty after a long hot day. The living room light is romantic, the kitchen and fridge and freezer are very good. The terrace is narrow but very clean and has a nice style to it. The bedroom was cozy and the mattress in the master bedroom was hard but good. The apartment has good air conditioning which also cools if you sit out on the balcony. The environment and neighbors are very good and a very safe neighbor. I felt like I was always safe. To the right of the apartment two streets up is a very good supermarket which has everything and is clean and has everything you need. Bus no. 2 goes down town, the bus is called Sargada Family down to town and home with the La Florida bus. I left my apartment quite clean and tidy.

The woman (same how show us the apartment begining) and we handed the keys to, was quite stressed and a little annoyed, but it was all good.

Apartments and building after renovation, everything in the apartment in a perfect condition, in each room AC, two perfect bathrooms, kitchen full equipped. Our family enjoyed this property.

Apartamento espacioso, iluminado. Todo el mobiliario es nuevo. Excelente ubicación. La recepción fue de un hotel de 5 estrellas: Nos dieron una botella de vino y snack de bienvenida
