Very spacious apartment with quite nice surroundings. Quite far from the center (35-40 min walk) and taxi is not easy to get unless you're very lucky. The host was nice but we had difficulties in terms of communications due to the fact that she speaks Spanish only!
If you choose to walk a few blocks away from the apartment you may end up in some very sketchy neighborhood.

La piscine propre et apparemment spacieux

Lits pas confortable
Un seul jet de clés alors que nous étions 4 adultes et 1 enfant très compliqué à gérer quand on voulait sortir séparément
Compliqué à joindre l’agence pour savoir où récupérer les clés pas d’instructions avant 11h l’heure d’arrivée
Très cher pour le rapport qualité prix bein au dessus des prix sur alicante
1ere fois en 20 ans de location que je suis déçu .
L’agence m’envoie un mail le jour même pour me dire que je n’ai pas réglé la 2 eme partie du séjour alors qu’ils m’ont prélevé 3 fois la 2 eme parti du séjour (988,20x3 ) inadmissible et compliqué à les avoirs pour un remboursement heureusement booking a pris le relais . Je n’ai eu aucune excuse pour ce désagrément c’est comme même la somme de 1976,40 en + qu’ils m’ont prélevé le début des vacances étaient compliqué à cause de cette erreur de prélèvement.
C’est bien la 1ere fois que je mets un avis négatifs en 20 ans de locations mais la c’est mérité.
