Appartamento in posizione ottima, molto vicino alla metro e alla spiaggia di Postiguet. Attorno ci sono anche molti supermercati. Le stanze all'interno sono abbastanza spaziose. Alloggio molto pulito. Nel complesso, lo consiglio.

Uno dei due bagni era un po' piccolo.

Appartamento molto sporco. Stanze da letto con parati pieno di pesciolini d'argento. Bagni fatiscenti. Nella doccia inoltre mancava attacco soffione
