The neighborhood location in Benalúa.
The facilities are very basic and limited for the amount of money charged. No cleaning provided during 2-week stay, just clean sheets and towels once. The kitchen was not equiped with dish soap - or laundry soap for the clothes washer. An oven is there (without any oven dishes), and no microwave. I emptied my own trash at the end of the block. There were young children playing, running, crying well in to the night for nearly a week.

Il est bien situé par rapport au centre, on peut y aller à pied au port aussi, il y a des commerces et des magasins à côté des bus à disposition
Dommage, il manquait des équipements telles que le micro-ondes ça reste un truc important pour tout ce qui est préparation rapide

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus dans la location . Il serait préférable de mettre deux lits simples au lieu d'un à deux places. Personnellement j'ai dû dormir avec mon fils de 27 ans et comme le lit n'était pas grand, on ne dormait pas très bien. On a dû acheter les produits nettoyage, le savon liquide pour les mains, gel douche, champoing, produit pour la machine. Le soir il y avait des petits cafards dans la salle de bain, ça m'a répugné sincèrement.
La disponibilité du concierge qui nous a prêté une cafetière, un séchoir à linge et un séchoir pour les cheveux.
