Excellent rate and a hospitable host for a reasonably comfortable en-suite bedroom with fridge within a larger apartment, with access to a full kitchen for use. Well-located in terms of public transport and in a vibrant working neighbourhood with businesses, places to eat and drink, and a grocery store, all within a few minutes' walk. Well-served by frequent, reliable, and cheap bus routes (including a weekend night bus).
The room also had its own small fridge, large enough to store beverages and pizza in.
Contrary to the name, the location is not in the city centre, but in an inner suburb on the western side of town. It's a ~35-minute walk to the city centre, though we always took the bus instead, or an Uber late at night when there was no night bus.
We didn't mind it, but we can concur with other reviews that if you want a quiet stay, this is not the place. An adjoining room is the host's living room, and noise from the neighbourhood is also frequent. Although this is during the day, not at night, you shouldn't be bothered when trying to sleep. We ran out of hot water for showers one particular night, but it didn't occur again.
In terms of accessibility, the property is a third-floor walk-up; the building has no lift. The shower unit is serviceable but on the small side; a larger person would struggle to use it comfortably.

The shared bathroom was modern and clean
The key to the building entrance didn't work. As soon as you enter the building it stinks like animals. The shared kitchen, I was told I was only allowed to use the kettle, fridge and microwave. The microwave needs to be condemned! It was vile. I'd never seen something so unhygienic in all my life. I only ended up staying here at last minute because my original booking cancelled my stay the night before check in. The location of this place is way out of the city. You'll need to use public transport to get back to the city.
