Very well located, with everything around and the city center just 15min walk.
The communication was a bit difficult since it was thought a machine until we could get a real person.
The utilities were not enough for our stay (2weeks) so we bought something ourselves.
The AC only worked the first day, after that no signal at all. The apartment was a bit humid and cold,. But overall it was ok.

Very helpful very very clean modern I can highly recommend booked 3 times as my father is in Alicante hospital everything need beside you the laundry across aparment, cheap as chips, tumble dryer 8 Eros in total , supermarket 2 mins away cheap chips this is great apartment and clean modern plenty everything x

Localização ótima, pois muito próxima da estação de trens, de mercados, de avenidas, da beira-mar, etc.
Faltou água quente no segundo dos banhos, penso que o aquecedor é pequeno para a demanda. O box do banho não tem inclinação adequada, pois se não colocar uma toalha ou coisa do tipo no chão a água vaza para o resto do banheiro, fazendo uma molhaçada daquelas... muito ruim isso.
