The location was great, near everything!
An advice, please put an insect net we were eaten by the mosquitos, and repair the Air Condition!

Great staff. Clean. Location. Easy people.
Needs improvement with the check-in process. The staff seemed confused about the bookings. On the second day, while we were inside the studio, another guest unlocked and opened the door, believing they had a booking for our apartment. This was very concerning from a privacy and security perspective and suggests there were issues with the management of reservations and room access.

The apartment was in a great location. It was a comfortable room with all necessary equipment and amenities. It was compact but had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay again. The view from the windows overlooking the city is breathtaking.
The decor is tired, the wallpaper is coming away from the wall above the bed, some has been taped back down but to no avail. The skirting boards are swollen and coming away from the wall also. The light in the kitchen didn’t work, neither did the socket in the kitchen for plugging the toaster/coffee machine in. It wasn’t the end of the world but was just inconvenient.

Location, views and amenities.
Alicante is known to have issues with cockroaches, so it is common to encounter them in apartments and houses. I would suggest that the property owner install ultrasonic pest control devices to help keep them away at all times. In addition, I recommend fitting a proper toilet flush button, as the current one does not function properly. Finally, on windy days, cold air enters the apartment through the window and blind area because they are not properly sealed.
