Really nice apartment and very clean! There were a few scratches here and there, and the door to the balcony couldn't close completely in the room we got so it gets cold quickly. But luckily there is a temperature generator that can heat the apartment well. Get a lot for the money. So all in all we are very satisfied and we would be very happy to visit it again another time!

Great location. Nice view from the window. Clean room with everything you need.
Some maintenance issues- wobbly taps and shower. The missing blind has been replaced with a cloth that was half-torn. Mattress protector was not great- too noisy.

Location, views and amenities.
Alicante is known to have issues with cockroaches, so it is common to encounter them in apartments and houses. I would suggest that the property owner install ultrasonic pest control devices to help keep them away at all times. In addition, I recommend fitting a proper toilet flush button, as the current one does not function properly. Finally, on windy days, cold air enters the apartment through the window and blind area because they are not properly sealed.
