Loved the view from the 28th floor, The bed was so comfortable and I have fibromyalgia, I am a wheelchair user so access was excellent. We arrived late due to flights but there was bottled water, couple of beers, tea coffee, and toiletries, toilet paper even sponge and washing up liquid ! Can not fault it and will be booking again

Great location. Spotless, quirky little place. Everything we needed was there. Nice personal touches. Great communication. Easy to chat with the host.
No air conditioning in the lifts. 🥵

Location, views and amenities.
Alicante is known to have issues with cockroaches, so it is common to encounter them in apartments and houses. I would suggest that the property owner install ultrasonic pest control devices to help keep them away at all times. In addition, I recommend fitting a proper toilet flush button, as the current one does not function properly. Finally, on windy days, cold air enters the apartment through the window and blind area because they are not properly sealed.
