About this apartment rental
The apartment sleeps up to 6 people. 2 in a double bed in the master bedroom which also has a bathroom with bath, 2 in a room with two beds and two more in the third bedroom. There is a large balcony overlooking the gardens in front of the building and the sea. The modern kitchen has a fridge, a dishwasher cabinet, washing machine, microwave, toaster and other utilities. The first bathroom with a large shower at ground level, sink and toilet. The bathroom of the master bedroom has: a bath, washbasin, bidet and WC. The apartment is located 100 meters from the bus station to which you can move around the province and even in Spain. There is a wide choice of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The iconic Esplanade is a 10-minute walk, and the department store "El Corte Ingles" is 5 minutes walk, Thursdays and Saturdays there is the market, offering an unrivaled range of fresh fruits and vegetables. Getting around the city is easy, either on foot or by bus and access to other parts of the Costa Blanca is easy using inexpensive local buses and regular trains and trams. Access to the airport is very close for only € 3'85 can also easily use regular buses that stop near the apartment. The apartment has cold / hot air conditioning with thermostat in each room.

Fantastic location. Mateo was great to deal with. Apartment is big and has all the facilities you could hope for. Washing machine too. Sofas and beds very comfortable. Best bit is balcony gets the sun all day

Mateo was excellent when we arrived. He helped with parking and walked with us to the grocery store. The apartment is adequate. We replaced the batteries for a chirping smoke detector. The shower was not draining and we had to pull out hair from the drain to make it work better. We also restocked the toilet paper. The electric teapot has flakes of the lining floating inside. The microwave was nearly impossible to use. The A/C vent in one bedroom was noisy when it opened. There were no instructions on how to work the A/C. In spite of all that, the apartment worked well for us and was comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious and well equipped apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Mateo was a responsive host who greeted us personally on arrival. A real home from home.

We had a great holiday in this appartment, it was very clean and well presented. We were met outside by the host and shown around the appartment and how to access it. You go up one floor then outside across a balcony and then up another two floors. There was a lift for the pushchair so you don't need to use the stairs.We went with the family including a 14 month old. The flat had all we needed for the baby including a washing machine which came in very handy when we had got through all her clothes.The flat had English TV and WiFi which suited the older girls and even a DVD player. There are many play parks very close to the flat which all the girls loved and kept them entertained for hours. The beach was about a 20 minute walk away but easily accessable. It never felt like a long walk as there was always something to see on the way or another park to have a play on. The shops, old town, castle and tram station are also all easily accessable from the flat so everything that you could want is within walking distance.There is a little supermarket abaout 2 doors away that we used and stocked most items that we needed. It was open from 9 in the morning to about 9.30 at night every day. There are also local street markets that are worth a visit and stock a wide variety of foods and other items.If we come on holiday to Alicante again we would choose to stay here again.
