Location and price of the accommodation was great, many places to eat and drink very close by. Facilities were good and perfect for a group of 4. AC was a life-saver and very needed in the hot summer weather. Beach is within walking distance.
Slight lack of cooking utensils, and no lock on the bathroom door. One of the beds they use as a makeshift sofa but we spent most of our time out exploring the city. Apart from that no issues with the place.

Positive: location is very center and close to all restaurants,tram mercado( connects to benidorm and other town)postiquet beach,marina ,apartment is clean ,has a strong aircon, lift to floors, washing machine
Internet: is not strong as shared between 2 apartments. Its in the middle of both apartments. Has to stay by the door to get a signal, electricity keeps tripping, we had powercut few times, no kettle! Needs more clothes hanger

Location, comfortable beds. We were able to check out a few hours later. Good shower, plenty towels.
The place was dirty full of someone's hair, floors never moped. No kettle, chopping board, no washing tablet to wash our clothes, dirty used cloth to dry your dishes. Front doors hard to open/ close. Remote was broken but worked. Check in process was pretty stressful as host didn't send details until last minute which was pretty weird. Was super noisy outside some days until 5a.m. It felt like we had our windows opened. A few times electricity tripped.
