Location is perfect! The lift to the castle, MACA, MUBAG and the beach are all within walking distance. Airport bus and metro operate from Mercat which is also just a few minutes walk. The flat was nice, clean and equipped well enough for me. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
If you go to sleep early I recommend earplugs. The street is full of restaurants so it can be a bit noisy until midnight.

Location, comfortable beds. We were able to check out a few hours later. Good shower, plenty towels.
The place was dirty full of someone's hair, floors never moped. No kettle, chopping board, no washing tablet to wash our clothes, dirty used cloth to dry your dishes. Front doors hard to open/ close. Remote was broken but worked. Check in process was pretty stressful as host didn't send details until last minute which was pretty weird.
Was super noisy outside some days until 5a.m. It felt like we had our windows opened.
A few times electricity tripped.
