Atico centro Alicante

Geweldige locatie in het centrum van Alicante! Cafés, restaurants, een supermarkt en de bushalte liggen om de hoek. Ook het strand is op loopafstand. Het appartement beschikt over 2 badkamers, een supergroot terras en een prachtig uitzicht op het Santa Bárbara kasteel

Het ophalen van de sleutel verliep helaas wat problematisch; er zou iemand op ons wachten, maar er was niemand aanwezig. Een bed lag goed, maar de slaapbank viel erg tegen. Deze kraakte bij elke beweging en is niet geschikt voor een verblijf van meerdere nachten.

Posizione ottima , in pieno centro vicino alla spiaggia. Casa e terrazzo enormi, oltre le aspettative.

The location and balcony are brilliant. The apartment block is lovely and quiet. Eduardo reacted to our problems promptly. The bed although low, had a lovely nice, and comfy mattress. Ideal for two people, I wouldn't want to sleep on the sofa bed.

We had no hot water for two days, the batteries for the ignition on the boiler had failed. We only had towels for one person, there were others supplied that evening. The sofa bed was too low, we are 70 and getting up and down was difficult. The bathroom has a centre tap/shower and is difficult to use, getting in and out was awkward. The shower head was so high I couldn't reach it. There are two baths, 2 bidets and 4 sinks in the property but only one plug which didnt fit and of the plugholes properly. The hairdryer handle was 'sticky' and not nice to hold, so I didn't use it. The TV only has a few Spanish channels and is not what I'd call a flat screen. The apartment is dated and with some tlc (refurbishment) and new furniture would be amazing and a higher fee would be in order. A basic apartment which was clean. I have tried to give a fair review of the property and do hope I haven't upset the owner.
