clean, brand new
pool was not open (we had deliberately searched for a property with an open pool at the time of booking); gym had a part missing so weight nearly dropped on my foot; there was nothing to dry dishes with and kitchen is equipped very scarcely.

location is rather bleak and further from city centre than expected
