- level of cleanliness. We found a nail in the property and the overall dusting and cleaning of the bathrooms and bedrooms. Bathroom Drawers should also be checked as it was dirty.
- 1 towel each for a 4 night stay
- property needs fixing such as broked soffits in the bathroom, broken window in the other bathroom. As well as extermination. We found 2 cockroaches in the apartment. Having said that Alicante seems to be infested with cockroaches so not exactly the property’s fault
- the face that the owner does not speak english. It was difficult to communicate in person
