The property was fantastic. An authentic Spanish feel to this home, safe, well equipped and a lovely welcome.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, and the apartment is very comfortable for a large group. Every bedroom has its own portable air conditioner, which made a big difference during the hot weather. The industrial kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Public parking is available just a 2 to 3 minute walk away, and supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance. If you want to go to the beach, it’s just a short drive to either San Juan Beach or Alicante Beach. Overall, everything was great.

Location, communication with the owner, key take over, welcome wine, caffee maker, nice bathroom with toilet.

Short and poor quality beds, little space to store clothes - only one wardrobe, which was partially filled with other things and a few hangers, poorly equipped kitchen - several pots did not work on the hob, old dishes and cutlery. The second toilet was like outside and needed to be made cozy. Although the washing machine was in some cluttered room, it could not be used because there was no good access to it. The shutters, their closing and the skylights also need to be repaired and renovated. We were warned that if we damage anything, our payment may be withdrawn up to €300 and since the overall equipment of the apartment was outdated, "not in the best condition", we were afraid the whole stay that we would be fined for something we did not do. In the end, everything was OK, but that fear made our stay unpleasant. The owner certainly knows about the real condition of the apartment, but he asks for a good rating and that is not fair to future guests.
