Short and poor quality beds, little space to store clothes - only one wardrobe, which was partially filled with other things and a few hangers, poorly equipped kitchen - several pots did not work on the hob, old dishes and cutlery. The second toilet was like outside and needed to be made cozy. Although the washing machine was in some cluttered room, it could not be used because there was no good access to it. The shutters, their closing and the skylights also need to be repaired and renovated. We were warned that if we damage anything, our payment may be withdrawn up to €300 and since the overall equipment of the apartment was outdated, "not in the best condition", we were afraid the whole stay that we would be fined for something we did not do. In the end, everything was OK, but that fear made our stay unpleasant. The owner certainly knows about the real condition of the apartment, but he asks for a good rating and that is not fair to future guests.

Posizione perfetta per visitare la città e per alcune processioni della Semana Santa ( ne abbiamo vista una proprio dal balconcino dell’appartamento ). Struttura di carattere , molto accogliente e pulita. Host gentilissimo.

Appartamento un po’ rumoroso, solo due delle camere hanno degli infissi che possano ridurre il rumore della strada e di un locale presente lungo la via ( un po’ di rumore soprattutto venerdì e sabato ). Gli altri infissi sono vecchiotti, belli ma poco efficaci.
