Groot en hoog appartementengebouw, ruim appartement met prachtig uitzicht op stad en zee (haven). Veel keukenapparatuur en van alle gemakken voorzien. Supermarkt om de hoek. Zeer centrale locatie, midden in centrum en op loopafstand boulevard, strand en tram.
Geen overgordijnen of werkende rolluiken om de kamer donker te maken 's nachts. Douche in bad met lage instap, beetje gedateerd.

A fost minunat acest apartament, Totul perfect ! Apartamentul situat în centru , 1 km de mers pe jos până la mare , totul în apropiere, restaurante , magazine , strada Promenada Alicante , a fost perfect .Apartamentul foarte curat , pat confortabil, canapea cu o vedere nemaipomenită către mare și oraș , un balcon senzațional cu o priveliște senzațională. Recomand cu încredere !🤍

le descriptif de l'annonce sous entend qu'il y a une chambre or le lit est dans le salon, il n'y a pas d'espace nuit. Le mobilier est vétuste
