La situación estupenda.
El estar gestionado por una empresa externa. Íbamos a descansar y el colchón de la cama estaba abombado y deformado. Al descubrir las fundas del colchón se pudo observar manchas muuy desagradables de orina, pintura y sangre, además del horrible estado del colchón (pieza fundamental para una estancia). Al retirar la cama de la pared se observó gran cantidad de mugre, suciedad y porquería. Ante la sorpresa y el asombro de la empleada, solicita cambio de colchón y estuve que estar en espera toda la tarde que trajeran uno nuevo ( que era lo más duro que he visto nunca). La nevera un ruido infernal. Fuga de agua debajo de la pila del baño.
