We were welcomed in front of the apartment by Kate, who was very kind and professional. Our first impression was how lovely and fresh the apartment smelled. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we were even provided with an extra set of towels.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need – from the kitchen to the bathroom, everything is excellently organized and well-stocked. The terrace is nice and spacious. Both the living room and bedroom have air conditioning, and there is a TV in the living room. The apartment also includes a dishwasher and a washing machine, along with detergents for both, which was very convenient.
We had to check out a night earlier due to our flight, even though we had already paid for the following day. However, our flight was canceled, and Kate was incredibly kind to welcome us back to stay that night instead of having to remain at the airport. We truly don’t have enough words to express our appreciation for this gesture.
We are extremely satisfied and would gladly return to this apartment. The location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk from the marina and the central promenade in Alicante. The building has elevators, the neighborhood is მშვიდ and quiet, and there are supermarkets and bakeries nearby. Within a short walking distance, you can also find well-known brand stores and the El Corte Inglés department store.

Fantastiskt läge!
Liten lägenhet med kök och kökstillbehör för enklare matlagning.
Lägenheten var smutsig när vi checkade in. Vid påpekanden skickade ägaren städerska.
Svårt att kommunicera med ägaren.
Bara ett set nycklar, problematiskt eftersom både ytterdörr och lägenhetsdörr behöver låsas upp.
Ingen skriftlig information lämnades och inte heller några tips för vistelsen.
Inget kort för access till kompost-sopkärl.
Mycket lyhört, både från grannar och från gatan.
Kuddarna behöver bytas ut.

Pulizia delle lenzuola (le lenzuola in dotazione per il divano letto erano sporche. Il gestore ci ha aiutato a cercarne altre tra quelle presenti nell’appartamento e dopo vari tentativi ne abbiamo trovato un paio pulito)
