El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, muy céntrico y cómodo. Muy limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario. No falta nada. También tienen detalles de bienvenida que te hacen sentir muy bien recibido. Tiene aire acondicionado central que se agradece muchísimo con el calor y humedad de Alicante. La cama matrimonial es muy cómoda. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario. También hay lavadora y lavavajillas que vienen muy bien.
La ducha pierde agua cuando te bañas. El sillón del salón no es muy cómodo. Poco papel higiénico. Tuvimos que comprar.

Overall a 10 out of 10 for this property. Very clean, everything newly built inside. Literally 10 min walking distance towards the beach. 5 min walking distance to the tram station. Definitely we gonna be back . Highly recommend this property. The A/C very clever build in the apartment. A very big thank you fir the owner.
