I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything we needed. The apartment itself was also very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay more comfortable.
the communication with the owner was very poor. We booked a two-bedroom apartment, but when we arrived, one of the bedrooms was locked. As we were travelling with two children, this was a major issue. I messaged the owner immediately to request the access code, but only received a response the following day. Thankfully, there was a cleaner on-site who was able to open the bedroom for us—otherwise, we would have had to sleep on the floor the first night. Additionally, we only received the access code to the roof terrace on the night before we were leaving, which meant we couldn’t fully enjoy that amenity during our stay.
