The quality of finish and attention to detail in the rooms.
Very quiet.
Communication was very good re arrival / departure and the hosts were very quick to respond to any queries.
The doors to the rooms were very heavy and sometimes hard to open.

Checking was interesting when machine didn’t work but really helpful cleaners on hand to help out luckily

Modern apartment very nicely decorated; however somethings impractical in the kitchen area ; very airy and good air conditioning; little balcony over pool was nice and glad I booked it ; very quiet and slept well; felt secure there ; code on front door; spotless clean in arrival; nice little pool area used frequently; this would suit couples ;
1. No kettle - ridiculous using a saucepan to boil water for tea ; a coffee maker should be in addition to a kettle
2 tv - impossible to work ; one remote for two rooms ; gave up trying to work it out as I don’t speak Spanish : some instructions would be helpful ;
3. Frosted glass in the shower ; to be showering in full view of the living room is not ideal; yes you can clearly see into the shower from the living room;
4 for the cost of staying a week I would expect change of towels and sheets; two bath towels and two hand towels not sufficient for 6 nights
5 the shower water leaked into kitchen as lovely modern look not practical; water not draining ; amazing this is no where on other reviews ; had to mop the floor after a shower
6 we met no one from the apartments for the whole week
7 one key ; one; which also is for the electricity; I had to keep checking if I had it when we were going out ; two keys for two people should be a minimum.
