Las camas y almohadas son de las mejores que he usado en mi vida, tuvimos un descanso muy placentero en las camas matrimoniales!! Además, yo soy alérgica a los ácaros y no me dio la alergia por lo que estaban limpias las sábanas. También está bien equipado el departamento para todo lo que puedas necesitar en la cocina, así como te dan toallas y jabón líquido.
Los aires acondicionados no se veían limpios, tampoco la estufa eléctrica, así que pasamos un poco de frío para evitar que me diera un ataque alérgico, deben mejorar la limpieza de esos aparatos.

Blisko centrum, odległość od restauracji blisko, do najbliższych atrakcji ok 10-15 minut. Duży przestronny apartament z żelazkiem i deską do prasowania oraz suszarka do włosów. Mini Żel wraz z szamponem również był dostępny. Na duży plus zasługuje Możliwość pozostawienia bagażu w siedzibie obiektu do którego pieszo było ok 10 minut do godziny 19:00, ułatwiło nam to zwiedzanie w dniu wylotu.
Brak suszarki do naczyń przy myciu ręcznym, brakowało dodatkowego ręcznika np papierowego aby wytrzeć naczynia. Na wymianę zasługują akcesoria plażowe - zwłaszcza leżaki. Zameldowanie online pomysłowe ale wymaga przy zameldowaniu obecności wszystkich gości gdyż prócz zrobienia zdjęcia dowodu potrzebne jest zdjęcie danej osoby alby zweryfikowało zgodność zdjęcia z dowodu z osobą.

La ubicación del departamento es un diez. Toda la estadía fue muy placentera.
El personal muy atento y dispuestos a brindar ayuda y servicios.
Las camas y almohadas cómodas y las instalaciones del departamento también. Todas las habitaciones con aire ac. Nada para pintura como negativo. Nos encantó alicante y volveríamos sin duda.

Once we were in the apartment, it was perfect, it was in a great location right next to Luceros station, 5 mins from central Alicante and the port, amazing value for money, perfect for 6 people/3 couples in a spacious 2 bathroom apartment.
Firstly the property had guest details compromised and a scammer tried to ask for payment in advance, then the legitmate hosts asked for a deposit the same way via whatapp rather than booking and they asked for a different amount from what booking.com stated. This was all very concerning for another fraud attempt and I dont think the management appreciated this. This may have been exacerbated by a change in management from when I booked to when I arrived, so it was intiaily a meet and great and then it changed to a remote check in along with this deposit via whatsapp fiasco.
Secondly on arrival the keys werent in the lock box, the cleaners had forgotten to replace them leading to an hour delay accessing the property. No compensation offered and limited apologies granted this was the cleaners not the hosts fault.
Additionally although the apartment was spacious and clean, many fixtures and fittings had become loose, like handles and hooks.
