Location, accommodation, flat size.
A bit noisy due to the very busy street location, needs some cleaning, esp.the sofa, lack of lift, no quite difficult if you have suitcase...

The location is perfect for any stay in Alicante. It’s right in the heart of the city (on the Mushroom Street) for shops, the beach, esplanade, bars and restaurants. If you want someone that is centrally located you’d be hard to find anywhere better. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in! The entire property was clean and comfortable and the private terrace was a great escape to relax in the sunshine.
Just be weary that there’s no lift, so there’s several flights of stairs up to the apartment which could be challenging with young children or elderly, or those carrying heavy suitcases.

Secure and instructions sent promptly
Adjust the instructions a little to clearly state where the lock boxes are… I walked straight past without realising until I’d gone up all the stairs ..
