The communication with the host was excelent. The apartment is on supreme location.

Very central location and just 5 mins to the beach and even closer to all the shops and amenities. Excellent host who let us check in early

Location was perfect , in the city and 5 mins walk to the beach in Alicante. Property was easily accessed , lift was useful to help carry our luggage. The whole place was well laid out , spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We were grateful for the free toiletries, the essentials in the food cupboard and the free beach towels and umbrellas. We were 5 adults and we all had adequate space and with plenty seating available .

The flat is very spacious and clean. In terms of location for beach and old town it was very well located. The beds were comfortable and the bedding immaculate.

The apartment is very dated - wood chip wallpaper, old fashioned tiles throughout and the kitchen and bathroom desperately need modernising. It had a very musty smell that was initially masked by an overpowering plug in. Once removed it was obvious why it had been placed there. The windows are not well insulated so the noise from late night bars/restaurants, traffic and the emptying of bins made it very difficult to sleep in the front two bedrooms. There was not enough hot water for three people to shower so it would be a significant struggle for a larger group.
