Location and size of the property was absolutely perfect for us. It’s was also spotless
The only negative I would say was that the hot water tank is too small for a property of that size. We found after one short shower the water was cold so for a family of five that wasn’t great.

The flat is very spacious and clean. In terms of location for beach and old town it was very well located. The beds were comfortable and the bedding immaculate.
The apartment is very dated - wood chip wallpaper, old fashioned tiles throughout and the kitchen and bathroom desperately need modernising. It had a very musty smell that was initially masked by an overpowering plug in. Once removed it was obvious why it had been placed there.
The windows are not well insulated so the noise from late night bars/restaurants, traffic and the emptying of bins made it very difficult to sleep in the front two bedrooms.
There was not enough hot water for three people to shower so it would be a significant struggle for a larger group.
