Location

Very clean apartment and spacious, Ideally situated to everything very central would definitely stay there again if visiting Alicante

Central location with an amazing roof terrace - we had a fabulous view of the Easter procession

Its a city centre so it was noisy at night so sleep was broken so i wouldnt recommend if this would be a problem for you.. That said, for us, it was worth it for the ease of getting about and the apartment was lovely

The flat is very spacious and clean. In terms of location for beach and old town it was very well located. The beds were comfortable and the bedding immaculate.

The apartment is very dated - wood chip wallpaper, old fashioned tiles throughout and the kitchen and bathroom desperately need modernising. It had a very musty smell that was initially masked by an overpowering plug in. Once removed it was obvious why it had been placed there. The windows are not well insulated so the noise from late night bars/restaurants, traffic and the emptying of bins made it very difficult to sleep in the front two bedrooms. There was not enough hot water for three people to shower so it would be a significant struggle for a larger group.
