Elegante apartamento a unos pasos de la Rambla.

The apartment was absolutely flawless. We honestly couldn't find a single thing to complain about. From the location, the design, and the amenities to its overall condition, it was one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in during all of our travels. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from everything, right in the heart of the Old Town. The apartment is incredibly spacious, with six balconies, and it is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need, down to the smallest detail. It truly deserves a 10/10. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect. If someone is sensitive to noise, they probably shouldn't stay in the city center of Alicante. That's simply part of the atmosphere of a lively Old Town. It didn't bother us at all. P.S. The windows have excellent sound insulation, so if you go to bed early and close them, you'll hardly hear any noise.

Fantastic. Extremely clean, spotless, spacious, excellent kitchen, two great double bedrooms, great shower. Excellent location 5 minutes from the beach, the old town one side and the modern shops the other side, simply brilliant.

z uwagi na bliskość wielu restauracji i barów, do późnych godzin nocnych słychać krzyki i głośne rozmowy, jeśli ktoś ma lekki sen, może to być uciążliwe

Mieszkanie przestronne z bardzo dobrym układem. Wyposażenie na dobrym poziomie, zmywarka, pralka itd wszystko jest plus dużo akcesoriów w komplecie. Lokalizacja w samym centrum Alicante więc wszędzie blisko.

Ale lokalizacja w samym centrum oznacza, że na dole jest restaruacja którą bardzo mocno slychac w mieszkaniu, na przeciwko jest klub nocny ktory tez slychać. Bylismy z dzieckiem i wszytkie drzwi byly zachczajace o framugi i piszczace, co utrudniało dbanie o zdrowy sen malucha. Skandalem jednak było to co wydarzyło się przedostatniego dnia. W sasiednim mieszkaniu był jakis remont i na korytrzu została postawiona jakas komora, przez pół dnia nie moglismy wyjsc z mieszkania. Wlasciciel lokalu do mnie pisal, że to nie jego wina i że on nie wiedział. Tylko no ja też nie, a jakby uprzedzili to byśmy wczesniej wyszli.
