Beautiful apartment located on the slopes of the Santa Barbara Castle in the center I offer you an apartment located on the slopes of the Santa Barbara Castle in the historic center (Old Town) of the city. The amenities of both are excellent, to make your stay comfortable.
A comfortable apartment located on the slopes of the Santa Barbara Castle in the historic center (Old Town) of the city of 80 m2. and just 100m from the beach. Perfect for 2 people and fully equipped for 8 pax. with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one room with a double bed and the other room with two single beds, in the living / dining room two single sofa beds, and a double sofa bed, in addition to its open kitchen and beautiful views of the Castle. Fully equipped (elevator, air conditioning, fridge, washing machine, TV, kitchen, linen, bathroom, wifi)
Its excellent location in the old town (EL BARRIO) and close to Postiguet Beach make it a good choice for your holidays, leisure and attractive activities for the traveller, both for a getaway with friends or family. 10 minutes walk from the beach and the port, surrounded by tourist attractions, Cathedrals, Town Hall, Churches, Basilicas, Castle, Museums, Theatres, Parks, shops, supermarkets, stores (Central Market), bars, tapas and pubs.
You don't need a car, it is easy to get there by bus, which arrive directly from the airport (LINE 6C), or taxi, or by tram.

In my apartment you will find a folder with information about everything you can see and do in the surroundings and public services, we will also keep you informed by WhatsApp.
* We are committed to delivering an apartment in optimal conditions, complying with health regulations, for your enjoyment and tranquility of your vacation.
* We also change the preparation time between reservations, for better cleaning. In case you want to enter or leave before or after, you must communicate it in advance.
* The keys are delivered in the apartment.
* We will also ask you to fill out the traveler registration before your check in according to Spanish tourist legislation of the Valencian Community, all guests staying (adults and children) must complete it. We will send a link or QR to fill out, it is automatic and very easy.
* Arrivals after 11:00 p.m. will pay an extra of € 30.
* Smoking is prohibited (on the balcony if it is allowed).
*Parties are prohibited inside the apartment, due to community rules.
*The apartment is prepared only for the number of guests confirmed in the reservation, otherwise the difference will be paid for each extra guest, you can notify us before your arrival.
*The apartment has internet, the access code is given on the day of arrival. Because it is changed from time to time. (changing the password is prohibited).
*The water heater is electric, so, as is normal, if all the hot water is used up, you will have to wait for the hot water to be restored again.
*The a/c is hot and cold, it heats up the environment quickly, but as long as the windows are closed, we remind you that you must turn it off before your check-out.
*The apartment is delivered in good condition, so we remind you to collect the dishes from the sink and the garbage, before your check-out, otherwise it entails an extra charge of €25.
*IMPORTANT FOR SHORT STAYS ALL EXPENSES ARE INCLUDED: Electricity, water, WIFI, sheets and towels. We remind you to consume in moderation respecting the environment.
* ONLY FOR STAYS OF 14 NIGHTS OR MORE: electricity costs are not included, for which we will ask you for a deposit of € 100 in cash at the time of check in, to cover consumption costs, once the electricity bill is received, the difference will be returned to you.
* In the apartment you will find all the instructions on how to use the appliances, such as a washing machine, a/c, etc.
*INFORMATION ONLY FOR RESERVATIONS OF MORE THAN "10 DAYS" The New Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, considers it a seasonal rental and it will be necessary to sign a lease, subject to the Urban Leasing Law (LAU) - Law 29/1994, of November 24. IT WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR RESERVATION

I would highly recommend this apartment. It’s in a great location near the beach, restaurants, the castle, etc. There was plenty of room for 5 people and accommodations were nice. The host, Maritza was amazing! She communicated well ahead of time to confirm arrival information. She also gave us tons of information about the area and many recommendations for eating and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

Location is everything about this 3rd floor flat. Located in the heart of the Old Town, you are never more than 5 minutes walk from the main attractions. The property is smaller than I envisaged and the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are very small. Communication with Maritza, property manager was excellent. If you plan to be out and about then this property is good...but if you staying in alot, then it is basic and small.

A bit small but ok .... missing toaster and coffee machine and extra bed sheets .... it was difficult to get laundry to dry since there was no balcony but we did ok and enjoyed our stay very much

A peaceful location in spite of being right in the centre of the old town, convenient for the Mercado tram station and for the bus to the airport, as well as walking, shopping, beach, eating etc. It is located on the third floor with an efficient lift. The rear windows overlook a bit of a building site, quite usual for such a setting in Alicante, which is currently undergoing quite a lot of renovation, but we suffered no significant disturbance from noise. The front windows are large and it was lovely to open these and enjoy the morning sunlight and a view of the castle and the old town. The apartment is really well equipped and the welcoming owners made every effort to ensure we had a comfortable stay, both at the start and throughout our stay. We were there for over a month through January and into February and, given that we also experienced the coldest spell in Spain for many years, it was pleasing to find that the heating system was sufficiently robust to keep us warm throughout. We really enjoyed our stay in Alicante, having such a nice homely apartment made all the difference.
There is nothing to dislike, but be aware that the area does get very lively to 4am on Friday and Saturday nights (only) even in January. But as one other reviewer commented, because the bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment they are pretty well insulated from the street noise.
