Breakfast not included. Location was perfect especially for The Old Town.

Very poor communication despite having contacted them twice prior to our arrival and on the day of arrival. We had arrived a little earlier than check in and simply wanted to drop off our luggage. A cleaner eventually heard us banging on the door and let us in. The agency said they would call us on the day of arrival but that never happened. The kitchen was very basic and the sofa was the width of a single bed and not comfortable to relax on. Attention to detail was poor…. Lamp had no bulb, toiletry dispensers in bathroom were empty, there was no toaster in the kitchen. Lights were not working in the stairway making it dangerous to navigate at nighttime. Finally on our third day the cleaner returned with a toaster and replenished the bathroom toiletries. Photos of the roof terrace had been altered to make the views look uninterrupted. There was a strong chemical smell from the bathroom sink. Only one small bath towel and hand towel of poor quality were provided per person for a seven night stay. ( washing machine enabled you to wash them yourself) View from bedroom and bathroom windows were of a wall and rubble where pigeons roosted.
