It’s location and the very comfortable beds
Only 1 hand and 1 bath towel per person as we were there for 5 days we had to was the towels, also no towel to dry the dishes. Also the outer door was very tempremental it sometimes didn’t open until 5 attempts this was a bit worrying when returning late at night

This property is ideally located for hen and stag parties as it is in the middle of nightclubs and bars. The night club next door played music til 4am excellent for the party goer. The street it’s located on has interesting views.
The smell from the toilets/shower drains was ok once the windows were left open.
