Amazing location and terrace! The house is unique, beautiful.

My friend, who stayed in one of the bedrooms, complained about the canalisation smell at night, probably coming from en suite shower. I didn’t notice anything like that in my bedroom, nor other rooms.

The location was excellent and easy to find. Communication with the host was friendly, quick and helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop terrace has great potential and offers a nice place to relax.

Unfortunately, the overall condition of the accommodation did not meet our expectations. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. At first glance it looked clean, but there was a lot of dust, the kitchen worktop was sticky, the Bialetti coffee maker had mold inside, one frying pan had a damaged non-stick coating, and some dishes were still dirty. The cushions, sofa and rooftop furniture had visible stains, and the terrace was sandy and not properly cleaned. Because the doors do not seal well, many insects got inside, even into our luggage. We also believe the listing should clearly mention the large number of stairs both in the old town and inside the house, as this can be difficult for older guests. Overall, the apartment has great potential, but it would benefit from a much higher standard of cleanliness, some maintenance and a more accurate description.
