Location Is perfect and Jose super nice man

This is a great apartment with everything you could need and excellent location for the old town of Alicante and the castle. The host is the friendliest most helpful ever!

We needed to change last night of our stay due to the very noisy festival right outside the door! This was just an unfortunate one off co incidence though. There is no balcony and nowhere to sit out and enjoy the sun.

Great location near metro, supermarkets, restaurants and easy to walk around as in old town

Unfortunately on Friday and Saturday there are two or three small bars nearby and people were drinking and chatting in the streets which made it really difficult to sleep up to to 4.00 a.m. some nights. There was also the odd night.where people talked to gather to talk. We were there for 3 and half weeks and it was the only thing that spoilt the holiday.

Apartment location is central, it is very close to the beach and important sights in the city. Ovner was kind and ready to meet our needs.

Apartment was not so clean. There is a need for renovation or at least refreshment of the appliences (there is mold in bathroom, rust in water boiler, sockets falling off etc). The location of the building is not good for the family, it is very dirty around, unpleasent smells, you should mind where you step. At the time of our stay there was a carneval - the stage was almost next to the building = first night we didnt sleep untill 4-5am, second until 2am, third night we had a rest. Of course owner of the property could not affact the comunal issues and noisses, but this significantly affected our Alicante stay, and cant be compensated. It maybe that we didnt had a luck, but I would not test it again.
