ATICO BEACH Old Town

We stayed at this flat for 10 days and had an amazing experience. The location is fantastic — the beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and it's close to Alicante's main tourist attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful; we didn't have a single problem with noise or disturbances. The flat is air-conditioned, the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, and it comes fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, everything in great working condition. The terrace has a privileged view of the castle, which was a lovely touch to enjoy during our stay. We had a wonderful family vacation. The host, Pablo, was extremely friendly and helpful — always available, giving us great tips for sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. He also let us check in early and allowed a late check-out to fit our flight schedule, which helped us a lot. We loved the city and felt very happy with our stay. We definitely hope to come back in the future. Thank you so much, Pablo, for everything!

The location! Right in the middle of the historic town and very close to the beach. The roof top terrace was also great.

It’s a little bit small for 8 people. Ok if you only use it as a base for sleeping.

La ubicación. Nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora indicada y es de agradecer. Facilidad para la llegada y salida del apartamento.

No estaba limpio y las almohadas amarillas del tiempo. Es totalmente interior y da a un patio de los vecinos de abajo. La terraza es comunitaria. Debe haber un palomar cerca. La bañera antigua e incómoda con la cortina.
