My children and I Loved staying here. Its clean with lovely comfortable beds, very spacious. Easy short walk to the beach. Staff were welcoming, very kind and helpful. Luggage store is fantastic! We were staying at another one of their apartment nearby but they allowed my eldest son to use the Gym on their office site. Even let us use their weighing scale to weigh our hold suitcase, thank you very much! We definately recommend!❤️

The reason I gave a score of 9 is because the railing on the balcony is weak, and being so high up could become dangerous if anyone lean full weight against it to look down as it could break off. Please could staff check this out for repair. Its a fantastic apartment, be a real shame if any accident. There is apart of the balcony rail thats very weak just as you rest your hand on it you realise it shakes and is very weak. I kept reminding my teens not to lean against the rail just incase. Otherwise the balcony is great, you can even see a glimse of the sea! We love this apartment!❤️

Good location near to all amenities and good communication with hosts; kettle did not work and replaced quickly. Bag storage available at manned MyFlats apartments nearby when checking out.

Requested a blanket/throw ahead of booking just for comfort as like something on the bed. Just had one thin sheet and nothing else available. Contacted owners but not available early September. Had towels/jacket on bed as a little cold early hours. My friends found apartment upstairs very noisy; moving furniture, woken early hours,

It was close to Puerto de Alacant, it’s practically in the centre, the apartment was clean and spacious to fit 8 people and was an incredible stay

Location of the property was close to everything, including the tram and train stations. Everything is within 5 mins walk lots of good places to eat. The size of the accommodation, and beds were comfy.

Furniture is shabby, noise from the flat above in the bedrooms,no soundproofing.
