The penthouse was incredibly spacious and very well equipped with great facilities. It provides everything you need for a city trip to Alicante. We especially loved the outdoor space, which offered beautiful views and was perfect for relaxing. The location couldn’t have been better — very central and convenient for everything we wanted to do. The team was excellent — very professional, and everything was clearly well thought through, with smooth processes that made the entire stay feel easy and enjoyable. Flat as described and shown on the pictures.

There was a big, comfortable-looking terrace (we had one of the "penthouse" apartments). It wasn't really quite the weather to be able to use it but I imagine it would be a big asset later in the year. The apartment was spacious. Everything appeared to work.
Although obviously not the owner's fault, the apartment opposite, on the other side of the landing, held a big, very noisy party which went on until 4am (on the night we had to get up at 4.30am for an early flight!). The house rules should be made clearer that parties like that won't be tolerated and are unfair on residents in neighbouring apartments! But I appreciate that this would be difficult to control.

Close to the beach. Supermarket down the stairs and also good coffee and bakery near. The staff was polite and answer each time we needed something
The apartment was spacious, which we appreciated, but unfortunately it did not feel very clean. The floors in particular seemed quite dirty, which made the overall experience less comfortable.
The heating system was also problematic. It was noisy and not well balanced — some rooms took a long time to warm up. When traveling during colder weather, this becomes a real issue.
The kitchen equipment was disappointing. The frying pans were heavily scratched (they were Teflon pans used with metal utensils, which explains the damage), and they were barely usable. There was only one trash bag provided, very few dishwasher tablets, and no hand soap at all. These are small and inexpensive items — for less than 10 euros, the host could significantly improve the guest experience.
For comparison, we stayed in another accommodation in Madrid afterward, and the difference was noticeable. They provided pots in three different sizes (small, medium, and large), usable frying pans, a full bag of dishwasher capsules, hand soap, dish soap, and kitchen paper towels. It made a big difference in comfort and practicality.
Overall, while the apartment was spacious, the lack of cleanliness and basic supplies made the stay less pleasant than expected.

Location of the property was close to everything, including the tram and train stations. Everything is within 5 mins walk lots of good places to eat. The size of the accommodation, and beds were comfy.
Furniture is shabby, noise from the flat above in the bedrooms,no soundproofing.
