Good location, friendly staff. Spacious apartment, perfect for 5 people. We liked to spend our evenings on a terrace.

There was no soap. The coffee machine wasn’t working. We didn’t have enough bedsheets and pillows so one of us had to sleep on a dirty decorative pillow the first night. Staff resolved it the second day when we asked, so all was good. Also, bedsheets were not clean enough. But overall the stay was good.

My children and I Loved staying here. Its clean with lovely comfortable beds, very spacious. Easy short walk to the beach. Staff were welcoming, very kind and helpful. Luggage store is fantastic! We were staying at another one of their apartment nearby but they allowed my eldest son to use the Gym on their office site. Even let us use their weighing scale to weigh our hold suitcase, thank you very much! We definately recommend!❤️

The reason I gave a score of 9 is because the railing on the balcony is weak, and being so high up could become dangerous if anyone lean full weight against it to look down as it could break off. Please could staff check this out for repair. Its a fantastic apartment, be a real shame if any accident. There is apart of the balcony rail thats very weak just as you rest your hand on it you realise it shakes and is very weak. I kept reminding my teens not to lean against the rail just incase. Otherwise the balcony is great, you can even see a glimse of the sea! We love this apartment!❤️

Good location near to all amenities and good communication with hosts; kettle did not work and replaced quickly. Bag storage available at manned MyFlats apartments nearby when checking out.

Requested a blanket/throw ahead of booking just for comfort as like something on the bed. Just had one thin sheet and nothing else available. Contacted owners but not available early September. Had towels/jacket on bed as a little cold early hours. My friends found apartment upstairs very noisy; moving furniture, woken early hours,

The apartment was clean and generally well equipped. Towels and bed linen were provided, as well as dishwasher tablets, and the space was in good condition overall. We also appreciated the location and found the apartment suitable for our group of six.

The main issue was the check-in process and the way our personal data was handled. Before arrival, we were informed that someone would arrange our check-in, while the online check-in was presented as an optional way to “skip the line”. However, we then received WhatsApp messages from two different phone numbers, neither matching the contact number shown on Booking.com, asking us to pay a €200 security deposit and complete check-in through an external website. The process required all of us to upload photos of our identity documents, take selfies/photos of ourselves and provide digital signatures. When I said that I preferred to complete the check-in in person because of the sensitivity of this information, I was told that unless we completed the online process, we would not receive the code needed to access the keys. So, what was initially presented as an optional “skip the line” service effectively became mandatory. For six people arriving in another country to accommodation that had already been paid for, this did not feel like a genuine choice. This was particularly concerning from a privacy and security perspective. Identity documents, photographs and signatures are highly sensitive personal data. If uploading all of this to an external platform is mandatory, it should be clearly disclosed before booking, allowing guests to make an informed decision, not imposed when they need access to the property. There was also an issue with both bathroom doors. They would not stay properly closed and would gradually open by themselves unless they were actually locked. Although they had locks, this is not a solution; a bathroom door should remain closed when you close it, particularly in an apartment accommodating six people.
