This property’s location is exceptional and easily its greatest asset. You can walk to the market, restaurants, coffee shops, tram station, beach, and the old town and castle - all just minutes away. If being centrally located is important to you, this is a fantastic option. The apartment is also very spacious; we stayed for two weeks over Christmas and New Year with eight guests and had more than enough room to relax and spread out. Loved the two patios off the front and the living/dining area large enough for us to eat and visit as a group.
The apartment shows more wear than indicated in the listing and could benefit from repairs and general TLC. It's nice and clean & spacious, but not as new as the advertisement suggests. It is also located directly above a nightclub that operates until 4am on Fridays and Saturdays, and the vibration from the bass is significant! Even with good earplugs, sleep was a struggle on those nights.
The kitchen is not particularly well stocked, which was challenging for a longer stay like ours (2 weeks), because we did a lot of cooking. For short-stay guests, this is likely less of an issue, but it’s something to be aware of if you plan to cook regularly.

Review – Nightclub Below the Property
It’s important to say that the accommodation itself was excellent and the location is great in many ways. However, there is one major issue that needs to be highlighted.
When the listing says it’s in a “lively area” and suggests bringing earplugs, this really doesn’t explain the reality. There is a nightclub directly below the property that operates from Thursday to Saturday until the early hours of the morning. The noise and heavy bass from the music are extremely loud, and sleeping is virtually impossible until the club closes in the early hours.
If you are planning to stay here during those days and expect a good night’s sleep, this is something you should be aware of.
