Hubane korter, kus kõik eluks vajalik olemas. Hea suhtlus omanikega. Pesumasina kasutamise võimalus, eraldi ruumis. Super ilus vaade lossile ja mäele. Puhas ja korralik. Kuigi asub tänava ääres- öösel väga vaikne. 5 minutit jalutuse kaugusel C6 bussipeatus. U. 5-10 minuti jalutuskäigu kaugusel Mercadona jm kauplused, mõned baarid, Marc Castillo trammipeatus jne. Randa jalgsi umbes 15-20 minutit jalutuskäik. Julgen soovitada!
Lihtsalt soovituseks- korteris võiks olla lisarätikud, vahetuslinad ja eraldi tekkide võimalus (kui on soov nt eraldi tekkide all magada). Eriti kui peatuda nädal või rohkem siis nt palavuse korral võib tekkida vajadus linu vahetada vms. Pesumasinat saab küll kasutada aga mitte kuivatit. Köögis võiksid olla väikesed köögirätikud, pannilabidas ja korgitser.
