What we really liked about the accommodation was its excellent central location, the beautiful interior, and the cleanliness of the apartment. Communication with the host was also very good throughout our stay. Alicante, especially the historic old town, is a beautiful city, and overall we had a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend the accommodation to anyone who wants to be right in the heart of the city.

What we didn’t like as much was the layout of the apartment. The two floors were essentially connected by the building’s regular staircase, which was separated from the apartment by a door.The apartment is located in the historic part of the city, which means you cannot drive directly to the accommodation. You have to park in a nearby parking garage and walk for about five minutes to reach the apartment. This is worth keeping in mind if you have a lot of luggage.In addition, the upper floor was relatively noisy, as the water boiler continuously made a rattling noise. There was also quite a lot of noise from the surrounding city throughout the night. So, if you are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, you may want to consider a different accommodation. Finally, I have to say that, in the end, I didn’t feel the accommodation offered particularly good value for money, as it was quite expensive.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is in a fantastic location, the beach is just a short walk away, and as soon as you step outside, everything you need is right there, including restaurants, shops, and plenty of places to explore. The tram is also very close by, which makes getting around really easy. The apartment itself was very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was very responsive, and all instructions were communicated clearly and efficiently, which made everything nice and easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay again.

The automated door access makes it very nice. It is great to not have to carry keys around. Huge plus is also having an elevator and A/C. The room is very spacious and all the amenities. Nice additions having some bottled water in the fridge and stuff to make coffee. The little touches are great. The hosts were fantastic and even were able to accommodate an early check in. The location is absolutely perfect too.
