The accommodation was clean and tidy and having extras like shampoo, shower gel , cleaning products etc was very convenient. Plenty of room and kitchen equipment if you want to cook. Loved the decor and lighting. The Juliet Balcony will be lovely in the summer months. So close and convenient to all the city centre has to offer.

It was a lovely property on the 3rd floor, with three little balconies overlooking the street. The balconies were well placed to catch the afternoon sun. Situated behind the Concatedral, it was in the middle of the old part of the city, with restaurants, cafés and cafeterias galore all around. Also, being just a few minutes walk from the seafront, what more could one ask?
The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn’t use the facilities much. As we were there for two weeks, it was great having the washing machine available.
The only slight niggle was that there was not much soundproofing from the apartment above. If they scraped their chairs across the floor it sounded very loud. Fortunately, that property was empty most of the time we were there, so it wasn’t a problem.

Great location, very clean and well equipped. Excellent communication with owners, easy check in etc.
Easy walking distance to beach and old town.

Nice modern apartment in the middle of old town.
Restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Even in the middle of town it wasn’t noisy at night.
Comfortable bed and a nice living area with everything you need to cook etc.
Apartment was spotlessly clean.
Communication was great and consistent throughout the stay. We especially liked the door code system which made the whole check in efficient when we arrived. A luggage room we could use on day of departure was a good bonus.
We will definitely stay here again when visiting Alicante city.
Some reviews mentioned deposit one unsafe link and a fine if not taking out thrash before check out, but we found both very clear and easy too do.
Well informed in terms and communication with hosts.
