We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. The location is simply perfect – just a 5-minute walk from all the main attractions, situated on a charming little square right next to the Town Hall. The apartment itself is very spacious, comfortable, and equipped with absolutely everything you might need. From dishwasher tablets and a washing machine to a fully equipped kitchen, excellent air conditioning, and even a beach umbrella – every detail has been thoughtfully prepared. One of the biggest advantages is the location. You can spend the day exploring the city or relaxing on the beach, and within just a few minutes you're back in the apartment to cool down, have a rest, or use the bathroom before heading out again. It made our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time in Alicante, and this apartment was a big part of that experience. Highly recommended!

Great location in the old town. The apartment was really well equipped and spotlessly clean. Would stay here again. Pitu was very informative about the area. Plenty of restaurants and bars and the beach was just a few minutes walk away.
