About this apartment rental
The house Consist of kitchen, living room, three bedrooms two bathrooms and two patios. All services are at hand, in the old town of Alicante. Places of interest: restaurants and food, the beach, family activities, and nightlife. You will love my space for the location, the people, and the atmosphere. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children).

the location of the apartment is perfect and has everything you need. its a shame that the windows in the bedrooms are linked to light tunnels so there is very little natural light. none the less a very enjoyable stay and the owner let us store our bags while we were waiting for the flight.

Except location walking distance to every where the only thing was there was no windows in the apartment we felt like we were in a cave also it is noisy with a club nearby but apart from that I couldn’t fault it

The flat was clean and tidy and brilliantly located for all Alicante has to offer. Just be warned it can be noisy late at night with music from surrounding bars and the flats above. But it is a central location and therefore to be expected. Moises was a good host and we had great communication.

We loved being in the centre of old Alicante, and though the apartment has a ton of potential, it needs some fixing up. The main bathroom smelled of sewer gases 90% of the time and the electrical would go off if 2 heaters ran at one time. Also, one of the upstairs neighbours played loud, bassy music until 3 or 4 am every single night we were there.
